Main Goal
1. Engaged in export operations in the assigned area.
2. Interacting with customs clearing companies in the import business.
3. Actively participate in projects to improve business processes.
Job description
Export Operations:
- Check forecast and input it into JDE system, check the quarantine conditions, necessary export documents, and availability of required certificatory documents after receiving an order from a customer.
- Share information for processing with Supply Chain, Operation(logistics), and Sales Department, and make adjustments so that shipment schedules can be organized in accordance with customer requests.
- Apply for export plant quarantine and various inspections, attend inspections, and obtain certificates.
- Arrange for shipment, customs clearance, export, prepare and send export documents, and notify the parties concerned.
- Manage confirmations and reminders of payment according to payment terms.
Import business:
- Receive import documents from the Production Department or related departments, and notify and send them to customs brokers.
- After import clearance is completed, information on the delivery schedule will be shared with related parties.
Project:
- Contribute to the achievement of the project by understanding the purpose of the project, grasping the current situation, proposing improvements, and presenting and solving problems together with domestic and overseas members.
Profile
- Prompt and accurate administrative abilities.
- Experience entering into ERP system.
- Ability to coordinate with related internal departments on customer requests.
- Experience in global projects.
- Basic knowledge of ERP and ability to understand services in order to improve operations.
- Trade practice experience.
- General knowledge of customs clearance, plant quarantine, and domestic and international regulations.
- Excel skills-functions and appetency for data-analysis.
- Basic knowledge of the vegetable cultivation cycle.
