Under supervision of the BA Head and in close collaboration with BU’s HR department, the HR manager leads a variety of human resource-related programs to reach BA business & budget objectives, in line with Group & BU HR strategy and policies.
PEOPLE AND ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT
Act as a Business partner towards managers in the areas of people management, leadership development, organizational design, labor regulation and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Ensure the key Limagrain HR development processes are effectively rolled out.
Support managers in recruiting new employees per the staffing plan, through a timely and efficient process, in compliance with Limagrain standards,
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Advise on comp and ben practices and develops a structured knowledge approach of the local market salaries.
Conduct pay surveys, advise on pay and other remuneration issues, prepare and conduct salary review.
Manage the employee insurance and benefits plans.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Provide consultancy service to employees and managers for HR policies and programs,
Tackle employee complaints and grievances; resolve conflicts.
Participate in corporate HR projects like corporate social responsibility, Limagrain Academy, corporate social responsibilities.
ADMIN AND PAYROLL
Oversee all HR admin & payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid promptly and accurately in close collaboration with Finance function.
Coordinate HR admin & Payroll provider.
Update the HRIS tool & provide timely and accurate reporting on headcounts and staff costs.
At least 3 to 7 years' experience in HR management within an international company of significant size.
English – Professional level.
Ability to federate, influence and persuade senior management level.
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
General knowledge of employment laws.
Excellent organizational management skills.
