SALES & MARKETING - SALES

Main Goal

To expand the food segment SBC (Snacks, Breakfast Cereals) we are looking for an Account Manager with international focus and experience (Ingredients) in the industry. You are part of a professional and enthusiastic sales team, located in France, Netherlands and UK. You will work as well closely with the R&D and Marketing departments to promote and sell the organization’s products in UK and Ireland. The position is a home office with traveling requirements, reporting to the SBC Pole manager located in the UK.

Job description

 Within the UK and Ireland markets you will be in charge to:


 


- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to generate sales. Through your tight relations with our key accounts you are involved int their new product developments.


- Negotiate volumes, prices in accordance with commercial policy, annual or multi-year contracts with the aim of developing and maintaining the client portfolio 


- Translate the customer’s needs into concrete tailor made solutions, by using your product knowledge. You advise prospects and current customers on the selection and use of current products including usage level, recipe calculations, regulatory issues and quality assurance, and provide technical assistance. 


- Actively acquire and develop new customers in your segment. 


- Develop sales skills and knowledge of the organization’s product, and customers by working closely with an international matrix organization involving Sales, Marketing , R&D and operations.


- Study industry and market trends to identify future strategies. Attend conferences, workshops, and shows to network, develop sales leads, promote Limagrain Ingredients leading position and name recognition 


- Provide required reports including the update of the CRM, monthly report of your commercial performance, and sales forecast

Profile

 


-        Bachelor/ Master’s degree preferably Commercial or Food technology


-        Relevant demonstrated experience in a B2B food environment


-        High-level proficiency with MS Office programs


-        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


-        You are recognized for your strong results-orientation, customer focus and proactiveness. 


-        Your enthusiasm, positive and proactive attitude is helping to partner with multi disciplinary team while aining trustful relationships with your customer.


The position requires up to 50% of traveling time in UK and Ireland as well as in France, and the Netherlands.
