Your main goals will be : 

• To maintain-troubleshoot Windows servers, deploy new GPO/Security Groups/Inventory.
• To oversee the local ERP, computer systems, networks (LAN and WAN), diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems through our ticketing tool.
• To be part of local/global projects related to local infrastructure / implementation.

South Korea has a multi-site IT infrastructure and software that need to be supported in a daily basis (~150 customers).

You will have a global position, reporting to the Delivery and Support Area Manager of Asia. You will work with the end-user, infrastructure specialists and in collaboration with other support and maintenance technicians based in Asia and the rest of the world to push our Global policy.

Your main missions : 

•Diagnose software and hardware problems,
•Install and configure new computers and another IT equipment,
•Repair and upgrade several types of computers (software and hardware),
•Keep track of IT supplies and equipment,
•Create and maintain Active Directory user accounts,
•Perform regular updates of servers,
•Handle tickets by respecting our SLA,
•Implement and maintain the Backup Strategy,
•Answer users' inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operations,
•Track, prioritize and document requests using an IT support ticketing system,
•Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems and appropriate software,
•Confer with staff, users and management to establish requirements for new systemors modifications,
•Train users in the proper use of hardware and software,
•Prepare evaluations of software or hardware and recommend improvements or upgrades.

You must :

• Know the ITIL framework,
• Have very good skills in SCCM / One Drive / Active Directory / Share Point, Office 365 and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019,
• Be familiar with the ticketing system,
• Have knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project,
• Have a good organization to manage priorities and meet deadlines,
• Be excellent in problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with in-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, VMWare…), in-depth knowledge of common office applications,
• Be able to adapt behaviors and communication according to customers (internal, external),
• Be customer service oriented,
• Be a good team player and be able to work with international Team. 

You must have a first experience in :

• Supporting business applications,
• An international team,

Mandatory : 

• Excellent communication skills both in Japanese and in English;
• Driving License;
