Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Work cross-functionally throughout the Marketing, Communications, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Quality Assurance organizations, serving as their primary financial analysis contact.
• Facilitate forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning exercises, including partnering with members of our global finance team (headquarters, subsidiaries, etc.)
• Provide analysis and insight into actual performance to latest financial outlook focused on Operating Expenses and headcount.
• Provide insightful, accurate, and timely analysis and reporting of global G&A functional financial results.
• Prepare management reporting and presentation materials to be delivered to Global Director of FP&A and other Finance Managers as required.
• Identify, develop, and implement processes and controls used to monitor both financial and non-financial measures and metrics. This includes leveraging information technology to automate, streamline, and integrate processes.
• Assist in monthly reporting in IFRS and consolidation formats.
• Perform ad hoc financial forecasting, analysis, and modeling as required.
• Participate in various projects to increase the efficiency of business processes, to draft its methodologies and/or to harmonize solutions/processes.

Education & work experience required:

• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.

• Beginners accepted and up to 3 years of experience in finance.

• English fluency is required.

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Experience working in an international environment a plus.

• Knowledge of JD Edwards, SAP Hana, Oracle Hyperion a plus.

• Experience consolidating data, accounting entries, balance consolidation, etc.

• Industry: Agriculture, Manufacturing, Consumer Industry, Processing, Automotive all qualify.

• Available for domestic and potential international travel (5%)
