This job is to ensure sales target in Tay Ninh (South East) by managing crop, season, distribution channel, demo and seminar.
Profile
- Sales target management: optimize all given resource and activities to ensure sales target of assigned territory, monthly and yearly;
- Sales Forecasting: ensure the accuracy of sales forecast in the assigned territory.
- Crop Area management: understand clearly and update crop structure, crop geographic distribution, acre, variety, seasonal calendar and farming practice in assigned territory;
- Distribution channel management: know seeds wholesalers, retailers, traders, nursery and their business relation.
- Communication activity management: ensure effective allocation and cost of demonstration points and farmer meeting.
