PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS - AGRONOMIC PRODUCTION
Main Goal
Planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement of all support activities for crops such as transport, preparation of substrates, irrigation supply and maintenance of related equipment and tractor, greenhouse, open field.
Job description
1- Planning: based on the assigned production plan, making a plan for materials, people, and equipment needed for activities related to transportation, growing substrate, irrigation system and periodic maintenance of equipment, machinery, greenhouses, open field..
2- Implementation: interact and coordinate with colleagues to make sure the plan can be implemented by the right time, right people, in the right company procedures
3- Doing and monitoring the implementation of the plan, solve problems arising during the operation of the plan
4- Continuous improvement: during operation, it is necessary to focus on recording data, doing some small trial and evaluating results to make improvement suggestions to improve productivity and save costs..
5- Write procedures and work instructions, ensure that you and your team are fully trained, understand and respect the issued procedures
6- Ensure that the cost is effective and in line with budget
Profile
1- Bachelor's degree in Horticultural / Agricultural sciences or similar area, mechanical, electrical, irrigation ... but interested and at least 3 years of working experience in high-tech agricultural farms
2- Experience in team management at the technical level at least 1 year
