In your new role, you will supervise the Accounting Section of the Finance & Accounting Department, managing five department members and communicating with other divisions and group companies, such as coordination of operations. You will be in close collaboration with the Asian CFO (Japanese).
Your missions will be to :
- Supervise monthly settlement, interim settlement and annual settlement,
- Supporte FP&A managers in the management accounting process (budgeting and forecasting),
- Coordinate external audits (twice a year),
- Make IFRS reporting to group companies,
- Prepare corporate tax and consumption tax returns in collaboration with consigned tax accountants),
- Improve ERP (JDE, started operation in April 2021),
- Cash Flow Management : Collaborate with banks, approval of domestic and overseas payments, etc.
You will be introduce to satellite systems for ERP systems (expense reimbursement, approved workflow, etc.)
