LFS (Limagrain Field Seeds) brings together employees dedicated to comprehensive support for large-scale agricultural activities, particularly in terms of strategic marketing and research coordination.
The Finance Business Partner of LFS will be responsible for structuring processes and monitoring the financial and business performance of the Large-Scale Seeds business of Limagrain Group.

What does this entail in concrete terms?
You will join a team of about a dozen people within the Group Finance Department and report directly to Anthony, the Group Finance Director, but also in dotted line to the Director of the LFS business.
Since the operational teams involved in the field of Large-Scale Seeds are spread across different Business Units or joint ventures, you will therefore have to work with the Finance Directors of these entities, as well as with the Strategic Marketing Department and the Research Department dedicated to Large-Scale Seeds.
Your role will be:
- Monitoring and improving the financial performance of LFS in order to accelerate its development
- Proposing organizational models and processes to consistently and proactively track the performance of LFS's business
- Providing functional support and guidance to the Finance Directors of the Business Units, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, priorities, and objectives
What will your daily life in the job look like?
As the functional manager of the Finance Directors of the various LFS Business Units, you will be required to:
- Advise and support the Director of the LFS business in financial management tasks, as well as in restructuring and/or business development projects
- Lead cross-functional projects and oversee their deployment to support the implementation of the Limagrain Group's strategy within each LFS Business Unit and to optimize efforts
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices among the Finance teams of the Business Units that make up LFS and harmonize financial processes among them
- Ensure a smooth interface between the Group Finance Department and the Finance Directors of the Business Units, aligning with Finance policies, processes, and tools, reporting, and managing priorities
- Participate in the design and updating of LFS's strategic plan, budget, and business forecasts, by facilitating the rolling forecast process with the financial control/reporting department
- Create and implement common KPIs for the various Business Units and challenge the performance of different entities
- Provide regular and detailed reporting on the business performance of LFS to the Group Finance Department
Profile

You have at least 7 years of experience in financial management in an international environment. Throughout your career, you have had the opportunity to understand performance challenges globally and in multicultural environments. Ideally, you have worked in different sectors.
You are able to navigate with ease in a matrix organization and have the necessary skills to manage change at the group level, in accordance with group directives.
You are recognized for your excellent analytical and organizational skills. You have the ability to analyze complex situations and effectively solve problems by proposing solutions. You are able to think and act strategically.
Your level of English and French allows you to work daily in an international environment.
