The Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for planning and executing promotional, communication plans, in line with the company's strategic priorities and the local needs of different target audiences. This role may not involve direct team leadership, but it requires effective collaboration with various stakeholders and colleagues.
As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will work in coordination and cooperation with the Marketing & Communication Manager, Regional Marketing Communication Manager, and key stakeholders, mainly focusing on external communication. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and monitoring promotional, activities, ensuring they align with the company's strategic priorities and the local needs of diverse target audiences. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators, monitoring the effectiveness of communication strategies, and seeking continuous improvements to ensure that objectives are met, and goals exceeded.

Education:
– A completed degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
– Advanced knowledge of English is mandatory.
– Intermediate knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
Experience:
– 5-8 years of proven experience in similar positions, ideally in the seed industry.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
– Proficient in MS Office, highly familiar with design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign etc.) and content management system.
– Strong written and oral communications abilities; a very good graphic sense.
– Professional printing/publishing skills are essential.
– Good knowledge of the Communications methods and codes.
– Desirable experience in production of photos and videos.
– Experience in digital marketing and customer journey.
– Experience in developing presentations and messaging.
– Excellent research and proofreading skills to ensure all materials are high quality and accurate.
