Plan and monitor the activities of a sales team within Aegean Region (sub-national) to achieve established sales targets.
Implement the organisation's overall sales plan for an assigned region in order to optimize sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for the region. Supervise and support sales representatives on sales promotions, sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets. Monitor the day-to-day activities of a regional sales force to improve overall results. Work closely with sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure customer satisfaction. Negotiate sales with existing and new strategic customers for the assigned region (regional distributors or farmers). Contribute to the development and implementation of sales, customer retention and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
