In the frame of subcontracted production for Limagrain Europe – production controlled by Central Europe team- , he has for mission to assist the Subcontracting Quality manager of Central Europe. To do so, he will track the sample flow, coordinate activities with reference labs, and update quality database as role of quality Data Officer – in COSMOS responsibility: for creation, updating and management of quality data in the informatic system received from partners.
MISSIONS
1. Sample flow management:
• Establish and propose an optimal sample flow process according the control plan defined by the Quality manager
• Track, make a follow-up of the sample flow during the season
• Alert, and engage corrective action in order to achieve plan agreed
2. Reference labs coordination:
• Control analyses are correctly done in Reference labs according control plan defined
• Plan, and follow analysis to be done according to the needs established
• Request, follow and report specific analyses requested from Quality manager to the Reference lab
3. Quality data management
• Follow update report quality databases
• Realize quality campaign review presentation
• Follow update and alert on non-compliance between result and contract specification
• Establish, and follow non-conformity
• Support continuous improvement
• Create sizing orders and treatment receipe based on issued internal database
• Follow waste rate compared to forecast.
4. Transversal task:
• Based on competences and on the needs, transversal mission can be requested depending on Project plan from the company.
