Main Goal
The job in a nutshell
You will ensure an effective and consistent deployment of Limagrain HR policies and programs on the scope in accordance with the Group HR strategy and within the framework of the orientations defined by the business lines, to help the business meets its ambition.
As Head of HR for LVS/LFS, you will act as a reliable business partner toward business line CEO's.
As Head of HR for LVS/LFS, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring in coordination with BU/Dept head of HR that the Business Lines LVS/LFS have the necessary human capital for the adequate operation and development of its activities planning for today's as well as tomorrow's needs, while championing culture, properly managing and developing the organizational structure, people, processes, and tools.
- Leading functionally, advising, coaching & supporting the BUs head of HR of the Business lines LVS/LFS and ensuring that the appropriate HR projects and priorities are implemented in the Business lines according to Business targets and strategy.

What will this mean in concrete terms?
You will join a team of 7 people in the Group HR department of Limagrain and will report directly to Quiterie, the Group HR Director.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advise and support the LFS/LVS head of business line in their people management duties but also in structuring/restructuring and/or business development projects.
- Leads HR transversal projects within LVS/LFS to support 2030 Group Ambition and to mutualize efforts/avoid duplications. Ensure the required action plans are implemented at BUs and business lines levels.
- Ensure the group operates for all HR related matters in compliance with local regulation in the LVS/LFS business lines. To do so the LVS/LFS head of HR will rely on the Bus Head of HR and monitor carefully the compliance of HR activities and the application of the Group code of conduct.
- Ensure and facilitate interactions, good practice sharing within the HR teams of LFS/LVS.
- Ensure strong interface with the VP Corporate of HR, the different BUs /Dept Head of HR, as well as Group HR team to align on HR policies, processes, tools and set priorities.
- Ensure strong coordination with the different BUs Head of HR seeking alignment /efficiency and providing adequate support for harmonization, new projects, and HR priorities implementation.
- Smooth & promote the internal/external mobility within the business lines and across seed activities (LVS/LFS).
- Organize the LVS/LFS talent review together with HR Dev Director as well as follow up meetings.
- Prepare the execom people review together with the BU/DEPT CEO's and monitor the implementation of the action plan.
- Analyze and monitor people related KPIs to support decision making process in recruitment, compensation and people development at Business line level.
- Structure & Consolidate HR information for Strategic Plan, Budget and Forecast updates at Business Line level in coordination with the LFS and LVS Head of Finance.
- Participate to the business calibration as part of Business line salary review together with Group C&B Director.
- Contribute to Limagrain Group HR projects: Be an active member of the Limagrain Global HR Committee and contribute to implement new HR strategical projects from the group in the business lines in coordination with the Bus/Dept head of HR.
- Ensure regular reporting of the HR activities of LVS/LFS business lines to the VP Corporate of HR.
- Lead functionally, coach and manage the LFS/LVS Bus/Dept head of HR.
Profile
The elements that will enable you to succeed in your mission
You have at least 10 years’ experience within management HR function in an international environment. In your former jobs, you had to play the role of HR advisor and coach for leaders in a multi-cultural environment.
You know how to move comfortably in a matrix organization, and you are comfortable with both strategic and operational HR. Your career path has enabled you to combine the requirements of an international company with the local content.
You are well known for your excellent analytical and organizational skills. You have the ability to analyze complex situations and drive effective problem solving for a solution. You are able to think and operate strategically.
You have ability and facilitation skills to handle change processes at Group level in line with Group directives.
Your level of English and French enables you to work in an international environment on a daily basis.
