Job description
As a true HR business partner to the CEO in relation to human resources, you will oversee the implementation of the worldwide HR strategy within a very rich multicultural context.
As the leader of the HR team, you will motivate and manage the HRBP Managers of the various zones of the company and their teams, as well as the talent development and HR support (HRIS, payroll, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, etc.) departments. During a phase of reorganization, you will support change management and the transformation plan.
You will identify strategic and operational priorities in terms of human resources while taking into account economic imperatives. You will focus particularly on HR development issues in order to support the company's growth ambitions, especially internationally.
In coordination with the group's HR policy, you will contribute to the definition and dissemination of Vilmorin-Mikado's strategy within the different subsidiaries and support organizational and managerial changes.
You will ensure coordination of HR practices worldwide while ensuring their effectiveness with regards to the challenges of each zone and the competitive environment. You will be required to travel internationally frequently (20 to 30% of the time).
Profile
A rich first experience in human resources management in an international environment has given you strong multicultural sensitivity and complete mastery of the scope of the position: HR development, attractiveness, talent acquisition and retention, personnel and legal administration, labor relations, etc.
The ability to structure this team during the reorganization phase and to quickly add value will be essential.
As an excellent manager, you are a true leader capable of inspiring and rallying your teams on a daily basis. You are used to managing remotely and managing managers. You can link corporate strategy and operational implementation within a multisite and international structure, ideally in a matrix organization. Your listening skills make you fully available to your teams.
You speak French and English fluently and ideally master a third language.
The position is based in La Menitré, 30 minutes drive from the city center of Angers.
