Description du poste :
· Overall global accountability for all Quality and Regulatory related topic in IL, NL and Hazera subsidiaries. · Successfully lead 3 functions inside the Q&RA Quality Assurance, Product Quality Management and Seed Regulatory Affairs. · Build, Define, Direct and Monitor all related Quality and Regulatory Know-how, processes, best practices and KPIs. · Be the champion and driver of key initiatives leaning to improve our seed and process quality deliverables. · Deliver and structure our Regulatory affairs stand and policy as a company. · Key role by representing Hazera towards Limagrain Global Quality Forum and activities. · Visible managerial face towards key regulatory and representatives of authorities link to our field of expertise. · Manage the maintenance and improvements needed to accomplish our Quality Policy drivers. · Ownership over improving in a structure and quantitative way our deliverables link to: claims management, non-quality costs, risk management (both products and procedures), continuous learning and certifications. · Management of ~ 7 Quality & Regulatory professionals with global scope, based in Israel and the Netherlands Interfaces: Internal work relations: Need to work closely with managers and employees in all levels and roles within the company. Special connection towards driving Quality message and KPIs to upper management. External work relations: Professional advisers/suppliers; Representatives of accreditation and certification bodies; Professional representatives in relevant areas; Representatives of authorities working under statutory law and other authorities. · Bachelor’s in agriculture/life sciences. An MSc in a relevant field is a plus. · 10 years of experience in leading professional quality teams. · Experience in the Agro, Bio, Pharma, or Food industries, mandatory. · Fluent English – the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively, verbally and in writing. Hebrew or Dutch – will be a great advantage for the team. · Strong customer focus with high capability in building strong relations and trust. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly collaborative with the ability to influence. · Strong organizational skills and initiative. · Detail-oriented with the ability to focus on projects for extended periods. · Strong digital and systems orientation. · Ability to lead tasks and projects, engage others and work under tight schedules in a dynamic environment.

Description du poste :
· Set the Mid-term plan for R&D breeding trials development according to breeding projects requirements, company vision and budget · Liaise with breeding teams on field trial needs and develop a yearly field trial operational plan and prepare budget accordingly · Actively manage all components of the R&D field trials plan · Manage R&D Operation team in Turkey (direct report of 6 employees) · Deliver field trial success and quality data, monitor and report on progress to stakeholders · Deliver seed production projects (Tomato and Melon) with high quality standards on agreed quantities and timing. · Support breeding team in evaluation of trials, plant selection and transfer, and/or seed cycle activities. · Execute breeder trial plan following up protocol and Hazera R&D Operation working procedures · Report periodically for season progress, flag issues and recommend resolution plans · Train team for best practices according to work instruction, machines use, and verify their performance · Implement high phytosanitary performance according to company and country regulations · Interact with local authorities in order to get phytosanitary certificates and export permits. · Interact with nurseries, growers, seed dealers and laboratories. · Assuring safe work conditions and high-quality execution HAZTA

· Agricultural engineer with at least 5 years’ experience in R&D station Management with GH and/or open field production · >5yrs Project management experience or direct people · Agronomical background/experience or field vegetable crop research. · Proven experience in field trialing, including trial setup and field evaluations. · Knowledge of plant breeding. · Expertise in MS Office and data analysis. · Ability and willingness to travel domestically frequently and occasionally internationally · Ability and willingness to work under variable environmental conditions associated with field trial work. · Proficient in English (Advanced Speaking, Reading, and Writing). · Driver license.
