Qualifications
·       BS in Agronomical Engineering or related field;

Principales Missions :

-         Suivre les évolutions de marché et de la filière, mettre en œuvre la stratégie de la BU, proposer et contrôler les plans moyen terme, les prévisions et budgets de fonctionnement.
-         Déploie la démarche d’excellence commerciale au sein de son équipe à travers l’usage des outils de forecasting, relation clients, revue de compte, etc.

Ainsi que:
-         Consolider la stratégie de communication, les actions, évènements, et budgets, en assurant la transition vers une plus forte digitalisation des moyens
-         Animer la bonne gestion des réclamations clients, et des actions correctives à mettre en œuvre.
-         Faciliter les échanges entre les équipes rattachées et les services en forte interaction (notamment Marketing, Supply, etc.). Structurer et cordonner les flux d’information au sein du pôle.
-         Assurer les relations et échanges avec les homologues des sociétés sœurs, notamment sur les dossiers de distribution.
-         Assurer les relations avec les cercles professionnels extérieurs sur l’ensemble de son périmètre.
-         Défini et prépare les budgets de fonctionnement du pôle avec le support du comité
-         Prépare et challenge les prévisions de ventes pour N+1 &amp; 2 en amont de la validation des plans de production

Research and Development Strategy:

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
In JDE: supervises and takes part to production and purchase contract creation, supplier creation, contract updates and follow-up, lot reception, quality control data entry.
Outside of JDE: manages contracts and relation with suppliers.
Manage supplier and grower payments.
Supervises and ensures timely grower or supplier payment on the basis of lot acceptance in coordination with Accounts and Production Management.
Manage domestic and international shipments: Manage both domestic and international shipments. Supervise the obtainment of required documents for export or import of seeds and ensures timely shipment and reception of the seeds.
Manage stock seed inventory in JDE: Drive the project of inclusion of stock seed inventory into company's ERP.
International relations: RPM Asia, Production Coordinator Asia, Production Manager India, Sales and Marketing team India, QC Manager India
External: India and some other Asian vendors, Governmental agencies
Master's degree, with a previous experience in database management and international logistics, preferably in the seed industry
Technical qualification: In-depth knowledge of ERPs and database creation and management, in depth knowledge of Excel and Access
International relations: RPM Asia, Production Coordinator Asia, Production Manager India, Sales and Marketing team India, QC Manager India
External: India and some other Asian vendors, Governmental agencies&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or above.
• Expert in MS Office suite and EPP package.
• Language: Fluent in English, Hindi &amp; local language.
• Overall, 5 to 7 years in seed industry (preferable vegetable seeds) with over 3 years relevant experience.

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

In alignment with HM.CLAUSE' s Mid Term plan for LVS Seed production in India with the Regional Production Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of our Asia production together with Global production in the country.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Manage the production Tools in the country, support, assessment, etc.
• Develop and lead technical training sessions for local team.
• Supervise production responsibilities of India &amp; Asia development activities
• Develop and implement a global production strategy with the LVS suppliers 
• Supervise and help to drive the production plan according to the quantity and quality requirements, cost, and deadlines established by the suppliers
• Establish and achieve OPEX and Capex to drive the business
• Spearhead strategic business partner relationships with third parties and drive internal production capacity and grower network development through an optimized mid-term capacity allocation strategy.
• In addition to is main responsibilities include the following: 
o Research and develop potential new areas for seed production for assigned species.

Supervisory Responsibilities
• Manage direct production team (Network area managers, HF managers, and IP related manager)

Education &amp; work experience required:

• BSc / MSc in Agriculture or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vegetable seed production.
• Previous experience with global seed production desired
• Leadership experience with effective interpersonal communication and management skills is essential
• Experience in budget management
• Ability to travel at least 25% of time to domestic and international locations.

- Conocimiento de las NIIF (normas internacionales de informaciones financieras).
- Conocimiento de los procedimientos modernos de contabilidad.
- Conocimiento de los procesamientos electrónicos de datos y sistemas operativos.
- Conocimiento de leyes tributarias de Perú.
- Domino de Microsoft Office (Excel – Macros, Tablas dinámicas, Word, PowerPoint).
