1. Doanh số:
Lập kế hoạch bán hàng để đạt chỉ tiêu được giao theo tháng, quý và năm;
Xây dựng và phát triển mối quan hệ với các nhà phân phối, thương lái, cấp 2, vườn ươm trên địa bàn
Giúp nhà phân phối đạt được thỏa thuận mua bán với các thương lái, cấp 2, vườn ươm;

2. Tạo nhu cầu:
Nắm được mùa vụ các sản phẩm;
Tổ chức trình diễn, hội thảo để tạo nhu cầu, hỗ trợ kế hoạch bán hàng.

3. Công việc khác:
Cập nhật thông tin thị trường và đối thủLàm báo cáo, khảo sát theo
yêu cầu;
Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để giải quyết các vấn đề nảy sinh liên quan đến khách hàng.
