This job is to ensure sales target in Tay Ninh (South East) by managing crop, season, distribution channel, demo and seminar.

- Sales target management: optimize all given resource and activities to ensure sales target of assigned territory, monthly and yearly; - Sales Forecasting: ensure the accuracy of sales forecast in the assigned territory. - Crop Area management: understand clearly and update crop structure, crop geographic distribution, acre, variety, seasonal calendar and farming practice in assigned territory; - Distribution channel management: know seeds wholesalers, retailers, traders, nursery and their business relation. - Communication activity management: ensure effective allocation and cost of demonstration points and farmer meeting.

1- Bachelor's degree in Horticultural / Agricultural sciences or similar area, mechanical, electrical, irrigation ... but interested and at least 3 years of working experience in high-tech agricultural farms 2- Experience in team management at the technical level at least 1 year
