Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Doctorat dans les domaine de la Bioinformatique, Biologie Computationnelle ou autre domaine lié. Vous avez des connaissances fortes et démontrées en Bioinformatique appliqué à la découverte de traits. Vous avez mené des projets de recherches de leur conception à leur conclusion, ce qui inclue l'organisation, la planification des opérations, l'analyse et l'interprétation des résultats. Vous avez de fortes compétences en programmation en Python, Perl ou tout autre langage orienté analyse des données. Avoir déjà travaillé avec GIT et NextFlow serait un plus. Vous possédez une forte expérience en génomique comparative. Avoir de l'expérience en création de réseaux de co-expression serait un plus. Aimant travailler en équipe, vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Vous participez à la conception, à l'organisation et à la gestion de programme de sélection aubergine à partir du choix de la variabilité génétique jusqu’à la présentation de nouvelles variétés ainsi qu’a l’exécution des stratégies de conversion en poivron. Vos missions, partielles dans votre phase de formation et progressivement gérés en autonomie par la suite, sont : · Définir les objectifs de sélection suite aux demandes du service marketing et identifier les ressources génétiques nécessaires. · Définir les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires pour atteindre l’objectif. · Donner des directives pour la réalisation des différents chantiers (semis, plantations, croisements, récoltes, envois de semences, etc. ) et suivre leur réalisation. · Assurer la coordination avec les services support (culture, production, biologie cellulaire et moléculaire). · Evaluer le matériel génétique et analyser les données expérimentales. · Présenter les nouvelles variétés aux services développement et marketing et optimiser leur mise à disposition. · Gérer le processus d’inscription au catalogue officiel. Pour cela, vous : · Participez à l’animation de l’équipe de sélection en assurant la réalisation des objectifs dans le respect des règles de sécurité. · Assurez des visites régulières de tous les lieux d'essais en France et à l'étranger. Vous avez pour cela des contacts fréquents et réguliers avec les expérimentateurs locaux. · Participez à l’évaluation du matériel génétique et à l’identification des meilleures variétés. · Coopérez avec les prestataires de service (labos, cultures, production …) par des échanges réguliers d'informations sur l'état des essais et sur les résultats obtenus. · Participez aux différentes réunions avec les différents services de l’entreprise dans le but d’assurer la coordination des activités et la transmission d’information. · Participez aux réunions avec les différents organismes officiels (INRAE, Geves, etc.), suivez les projets scientifiques sur les espèces concernées en participant aux événements, en particulier aux congrès. · Assurez la veille scientifique et technique sur les espèces et suivez la bibliographie. · Rendez compte régulièrement à votre responsable des orientations prises, des réussites et de difficultés rencontrées.

Formation Master2, Ingénieur agri/agro, avec de bonnes connaissances théoriques et pratiques en génétique et amélioration des plantes. · Doté d’un fort intérêt pour le monde végétal et agricole, vous êtes créatif, observateur, rigoureux et passionné. · Vous disposez d’une importante capacité de travail et de concentration, vous êtes autonome et ne craignez pas le travail en extérieur dans des conditions environnementales difficiles (chaleur en particulier). · Maitrise du français et anglais indispensable et des outils informatiques classiques (office, base de données, etc.). · Déplacements réguliers en France et à l’étranger (15-20%) Poste basé à Lédenon, Gard, France.
