Quelques éléments de contexte

Limagrain IT est une entité transverse à toutes les Business Units du Groupe Limagrain. Ses collaborateurs définissent, mettent en œuvre, maintiennent et font évoluer l’ensemble des applications et infrastructures informatiques de Limagrain, qu’elles soient dédiées aux métiers, à la recherche, aux adhérents ou aux clients du groupe.
Au sein cette entité, une partie des collaborateurs est dédiée au système d’information propre aux métiers du groupe Limagrain. Parmi ces collaborateurs, l’équipe New Technologies &amp; Projects (NTP) s’occupe plus particulièrement de l’infrastructure informatique du groupe.

Comment cela se traduit concrètement

Rattaché(e) au directeur du système d’information propre à Limagrain (hors activités digitales dédiées à nos clients et hors informatique dédiée à la recherche), vous serez en charge de l'évolution des technologies et infrastructures de l'intégralité du groupe Limagrain.

Pour cela, vous construirez et managerez une équipe d’une douzaine de personnes, chefs de projets et architectes, en vous appuyant sur 2 managers relais opérationnels.

Bien-sûr, vous encadrerez votre équipe dans le respect des bonnes pratiques et de la charte de management mises en place chez Limagrain IT.

Entrons dans le détail de vos missions. Accompagné(e) de votre équipe, vous
interviendrez notamment sur :
La définition des standards d'architecture en collaboration avec le département dédié à l’architecture d’entreprise et celui dédié à la cybersécurité, tout en respectant les besoins exprimés par les métiers en termes de fonctionnalités et d'engagements de services
La conception des architectures technologiques
L’intégration / l’industrialisation des socles technologiques, leur maintien et l’élaboration de la roadmap d’évolution
L’élaboration du catalogue des solutions techniques de référence (standards hardware et logiciel)
La supervision de la gestion des infrastructures (automatisation, monitoring, résolution des incidents, …)
L’industrialisation du déploiement des applications (packaging factory)
La livraison des dossiers d'architecture technique
La création et la mise à disposition des solutions de formation adaptées aux équipes Production

Ce poste vous amènera donc à être garant(e) de l'optimisation des infrastructures avec pour objectif de garantir la qualité de service attendue et l'organisation des ressources au meilleur niveau de coûts, tout en prenant en compte les contraintes liées à la cybersécurité.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Les éléments qui vous permettront de réussir dans le poste

Issu(e) d’une formation technique en informatique de niveau Bac+5, votre parcours professionnel vous a amené(e) à manager des équipes dédiées à l’infrastructure informatique d’entreprises dans un contexte international.

Reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à coordonner des équipes de travail transverses et multiculturelles, vous savez convaincre et fédérer tout en faisant preuve d’écoute et d’empathie. Vous savez vous appuyer sur les personnes adéquates pour faire avancer les sujets.

Pour ce qui concerne l’aspect technique, vous avez une vision globale des
problématiques liées à l’infrastructure informatique d’une entreprise internationale qui vous permet de donner les grandes orientations, d’anticiper les problèmes techniques éventuels et de coordonner efficacement votre équipe

Vous êtes à l’aise sur les technologies de base Microsoft (Serveurs Windows, Active Directory, SQL, …) et les technologies réseaux de base (LAN/WAN, pare feux, VLAN, VPN, …). Vous avez de bonnes connaissances techniques des services (Office365, réseau, Azure). Vous avez pratiqué une ou plusieurs méthodologies de gestion de projet et connaissez les bonnes pratiques ITIL V4.

Doté(e) d’excellentes qualités relationnelles, le sens du service client et la
compréhension de la gestion de l'environnement utilisateurs seront de précieux atouts. Vous savez adapter votre discours à vos interlocuteurs et savez vulgariser les sujets les plus techniques. Organisé(e), vous savez gérer les priorités et les urgences.
