Issu d’une formation agricole et/ou agronomie et/ou machinisme agricole, vous avez obligatoirement une très bonne connaissance du matériel agricole : conduite et réglage d’engins agricoles (tracteur, semis, …) Le Certiphyto applicateur serait un plus. Une bonne connaissance des programmes phyto des principales grandes cultures serait un plus. Une connaissance des principes et enjeux de l’Agriculture de conservation des sols serait un plus. Doté d’un bon relationnel, il sera indispensable que vous ayez de bonnes capacités d’organisation et de planification. Disponible, réactif, rigoureux et autonome, vous saurez partager et donner du feedback sur votre activité.

Principal Duties and responsibilities: • Perform Sampling Audit, physical appearance, Physical purity, seed moisture, thousand seed weight testing in accordance with established policies and procedures. Overall Plant Operations internal quality checks. Seed coating verification, chemical doses verification/audit internal, disinfection, cold storage temp & RH. • Perform testing of Non seed materials like Thick of Corrugated box, GSM, printing quality of laminates, stress test on pouches, Seal integrity test…etc. •Record results all the tests in JDE and company quality systems • Maintain a clean, healthy and safe working environment in compliance with Environmental Safety and Health guidelines and 5S practices. • Must also attend trainings and wear appropriate PPE. •Perform all duties with a high level of accuracy to maintain the integrity of quality results. •Provides support to inventory and operations when asked •Complete assigned tasks in a timely, efficient, safe and effective manner.
